Public speaking tips.
Did you know according to a survey conducted, fear of public speaking is the #1 fear of all fears. Keeping that in mind can also help reduce your anxiety. Knowing that you are not the only one with this kind of fear might help you in dealing with your anxiety during your speech. Also learning and practising relaxation techniques might help. For example breathing exercises. Knowing your audience also helps, try and chat with some of the people in the audience before your speech, talking infront of people you know might ease your anxiety than speaking infront of strangers.
